Didn't Jossef take Dio's blood so why is he still human he has to be a vampire or didn't he transform will he be a vampire in the next part or something like that

a person have to die first to become a vampire(cause ya know, they're undead), when vanilla ice(cool ice) gained DIO's blood, he can withstand some hits but still human. when polnareff pierced his brain with silver chariot, it killed him and mimicking the mask's piercing. i have a theory that maybe in the future that once joseph died of old age, he would become a vampire. well if araki is interested in doing that that is. also sorry for a reply in a year old comment. but also another thing, i think DIO have to give the person a permission or some sort to be able to be a vampire. since he's dead(as in dead for good because he's already undead), i don't think he would be able to give joseph the permission to become a vampire. DIO used his blood to revive cool ice so he has probably intentionally have to make him a vampire to be alive.
or maybe another thing, once joseph learned about he had DIO's blood, he killed it with his hamon. and most of the blood is still Joseph's anyways, it probably won't be that much.

The ending is kinda good but also mehhh, just gaining the abelity to stop time in so little time, when Dio is meant to be the strongest out there and it took him a month and days... Kinda bad writing imo.

I'm going to miss that lineup. What a great season finale and thank god Joseph was brought back.

In my opinion Parts 3 And 4 are the only S tier parts I've watched so far, im currently 1/3 of the way through Steel Ball Run and its pretty good so far, hopefully it makes S tier along with Parts 3 and 4
